2. Course Access and Payment

• Course access is granted upon successful payment
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Course materials are for personal use only
• Sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to:

• Course materials and resources
• Video content and recordings
• Code examples and projects
• Documentation and guides

are the property of GoLang Mentorship and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Participate in sessions actively and respectfully
• Complete assigned projects and exercises
• Follow the code of conduct during interactions

5. Refund Policy

• 100% refund available after first two sessions if not satisfied
• Prorated refunds based on completed sessions
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing
• Processing time: 5-7 business days

6. Session Rescheduling

• Up to 3 sessions can be rescheduled
• 24-hour notice required for rescheduling
• Subject to mentor's availability
• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information but make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Any action you take based on the course content is strictly at your own risk.
